Lowry Bay Yacht Club

The BlackSpot RUM Regatta is the annual event that brings our whole fleet and any and all keen visiting boats together in one place.

2026 brings us a single day packed full of action on Sunday 22nd November 2026.

Weather allowing, we target 4 races on Sunday. We offer both a racing (spinnakers allowed) and a cruising (no spinnakers) division, provided there is more than one boat in each division.

Based on feedback from last year, we have made some changes to the registration process to reduce time pressures on visiting boats in the morning.

Entries are all online, and we are offering a registration to collect your race packs and sponsor flags on Friday evening, or Sunday morning from the club. There is also an option for visiting boats to have their race pack delivered on the water prior to racing. See the Notice of Race for details.
